Items such as t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, journals, mirrors and buttons that have not been worn, washed, altered or damaged can be exchanged within 5 business days after date received. All exchanges are subject to approval and stock availability.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: Colored Girls Hustle LLC, 463 Lincoln Pl, Ste 144, Brooklyn NY 11238, United States. We recommend shipping with a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and mailed within 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once the exchanged item is shipped.
